Our fully furnished and accessorized corporate apartments are ideal for the extended stay business traveler, corporate relocations or anyone in need of temporary housing.

Each corporate apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (including utensils, dinnerware and kitchen linens), furniture, color TV with cable, high speed internet, phone service, bedroom and bathroom linens and a free reserved parking space in our garage. All utilities are included. Corporate guests can enjoy all the amenities of our long-term guests. We have a community room that is ideal for private meetings and complimentary coffee weekday mornings

Harbor Tower is centrally located in the center of Hampton Roads, making us easily accessible to all cities via I64,I464,and I264. Harbor Tower is a 5-minute ferryboat ride away from downtown Norfolk's financial district. Within a 5-minute drive you will find the Portsmouth Naval Hospital, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, and Portsmouth's financial district. EVMS, CHKD and Sentara Hospital Complex in Norfolk are just a short drive through the tunnel. Harbor Tower is also short commute to the Chesapeake/Greenbrier area, Suffolk, Newport News and Smithfield, Virginia. Within walking distance, corporate guests will find restaurants, shopping, museums and night entertainment.

Minimum length of stay is 7 nights or longer. Our rates include all taxes and utilities, and are flexible according to season and length of stay. We accept military per diem. Rates are subject to change. There are no charges for local calls, toll free telephone calls, or calls placed with a calling card. Information or operator assisted calls are $1.00. A charge may be assessed for over usage of electricity. We require a security deposit, which is placed on a major credit card. We cannot accept cash. Dogs and cats are welcome (weight limit 35lbs, height limit 25 inches). Our one-time pet fee for Corporate Guests is $150 (limit 2 pets), and our pet rent is $35/month per pet after sixty days of residency.
